Each piece of jewelry is crafted with care and undergoes thorough quality checks before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance. 

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you choose the correct size and style before making your purchase.

Damaged Product Policy

We strive to ensure that every piece of jewelry arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please follow these guidelines:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the damage, along with photos if possible. This will help us to understand what may have happened and how we can fix it! 

2. Assessment:
Upon receiving your report, we will assess the situation and determine the best course of action. 

3. Timely Response:
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 3 to 4 business days. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we address any issues.

If you experience a piece of jewelry turning your skin green, you are likely allergic to the metals the jewelry is made with. Although we ensure to use metals that are nickel and lead-free, please read each listing description to see what materials are used for the product you are purchasing.
